Not sure why you disagree. Last year 360 was down 29% and it had Halo. 

Last year PS3 was down 20% and it had nothing.  You think it drops another 35% based on what?

PS3 had 28 exclusives in 2012. It only had "nothing" because the PS3 gamers decided to make nothing of it.
