Wii Series is one of the most memorable among consumers for the Wii, I would say. That plus it's sales are enough to put it past Mario. (I also think Mario had more games in total than the Wii Series.)

That's no definitive argument. You could just as well say that Mario the most memorable games. I'd guess you'd have far more people agreeing with you on that. You can't just add something to one side and not the other.

It really isn't "simple as that".
