Xenoblade. Xenoblade every single day. It's the definite JRPG for the Wii, and the decade in general. The Last Story is good as well.

Ni No Kuni is coming also for the PS3 this month, so that's something to look into if you like (though that hasn't been reviewed or played yet, though it looks OK).
