Janitors are low level peons without and education who make 12-15 bucks an hour. This is stupid though I'm all for teachers carrying them.

http://gizmodo.com/5671062/there-are-5000-janitors-in-the-us-with-phds

5k have phd's in which country? Also, 5k hardly disproves anything i said considering that would be a small minority .25%

Actually, 5000 people with PHDs doing a very low level job in the United States is huge ...

It is a growing problem due to the massive increase of people getting college/university degrees over the past couple of generations. When less than 10% of people had a bachelors degree simply having any college degree made a person stand out when they were looking for a "good" job; but, as the number of people with college degrees increased, there was increasing competition for "good" jobs and the degree had to fit the field in order to stand out. Today there are so many people with masters degrees and PHDs that even having those degrees doesn't make someone stand out, and an increasing number are fighting over jobs that can easily be handled by someone with a grade 6 education.

5k is .22% (yes, POINT .22%) of the janitors position. That link actually shows janitor positions having the smallest amount of workers with higher than college education. It really isn't too concerning especially since what I stated above. Medical Doctors can come to the US and get a job as a phlebotomist and make more than what they would in their country.
