I've never really played the N64 or 3DS version, so I'm gonna choose the 3DS one. I bought the GCN disc with Zelda OoT after finishing Twilight Princess and played it for like an hour, but really... With no nostalgia to fall back on, it was a brutal switch and I ended up quitting the game. Fortunately I heard about the 3DS remake and thought this will be a better option, since I do want to play this game. It will be much easier for me to play it on 3DS, I hope they port MM as well.
I think that when they do that, release a new version of the 3DS (preferably with double sliding pads...) I'll finally buy this console.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
