Tell him to take his nostalgia glasses off, his reasons are pretentious garbage. "I prefer playing with an N64 controller" is one thing; "The N64 version is better because you play it with a trident" is just dumb. This isn't even a question, the 3DS version is superior. It has Master Quest for crying out loud.
