I always thought half the appeal (or more) of the "LEGO" games was the license attached to it -- ie: Star Wars or Harry Potter or Batman or whatever.
Lego City is just lego blocks with a generic cops/robbers theme, I don't see it taking off.
If it was "Nintendo Lego" or something, than yeah definitely.
There probably won't be a million selling Wii U third party game for a while though in the West. No 3DS third party game other than Angry Birds (lol) is above 400k.
My guess would be Skylanders in 2014 or something might do it if the franchise is still big by then.
