Though they said that in July, so might not have finished/optimized all games yet.

I fully believe this is true for something like Just Dance 4 and Marvel Avengers: Battle For Earth. But Assassin's Creed III ? I doubt it.

Well AC3 Wiiu had some issues compared to other versions right? maybe they didn't spend enough money on it that it deserved :S
