It is true that Wii Sports is the most bundled game ever, but that's irrelevant here. Many people bought the system just for that game.

I don't particularly like it either, but it's undeniable that Wii Sports was a revolution. It's no coincidence, those sales couldn't have been done with just any game. Wii Sports was absolutely perfect for what it was made to do. Wii's enormous early success is 1-1 thanks to Wii Sports and frankly, it was one of the most genious moves in video game history to include that game with the system.
