I didn't quite get it either, but it still made me laugh.

Maybe he is intelligently tying the joke with the fact it will cost less to rescue kidnapped Chelsea Clinton than get PSVita back on track?

If sonny keeps struggling with this for a year and decide to cut their losses, hopefully they make it open source. Companies tend to admit defeat when they make things open source, but it's only then that devices get interesting. I'd love to see MAME and Quake III Arena ports and Windows 95 running on it. :)
