And this thread is horrible.  Do research.  You mentioned Halo and Call of Duty as being games kids are being raised on but completely ignored the fact that Mario Kart has sold more than 30 million.  New Super Mario Bros is what above 20m?  Then Super Mario Galaxy is close to 10m.  Super Mario World 3D is at like 6-8 and Mario Kart 7  is similar.  Those outsell halo and even thous Call of Duty is multiplatform New super mario Bros competes with it while Mario Kart Wii beat it.  People are still buying these games by the mass
