Hahaha, I'd really like to see it hit 10 Mil, but I don't think it'll do it. With Pokemon coming in October many people will buy it instead, hurting LM's holiday sales. 8 Mil is my very max. guess, with ~3Mil in its first year.

TBH i dont think Luigi Mansion will get hurt by pokemon, instead Pokemon will sell millions in its 2-3month of life in 2013 and boost hardware off the charts making games like luigi mansion or SM3DL a second choice (after pokemon of course)
