With several big exclusives, along with being the slickest handheld on the market, the Vita along with the PSP still ( a year later) are not able to even put up a fight to the dying DS.

People said, " Marketing!, Price Cut, Bundle, Exclusives, etc." Ok. Done! That still did not seem to matter. So now what is Sony's next step? If they can afford to do anymore steps that is.

I am Worried.

No, not "done".

Exclusives are still lacking and price cut is nowhere to be seen.

What Vita needs is that I said above, Vita exclusive games(that are not on PS3) and at least a $50 price cut. If Sony is smart enough, also a re-launch with a new design as well. After seeing Vita sales this last holiday I can safely say it needs more than just a good holiday deal to get past this. Sony needs to get Vita on its feet BEFORE the holidays start since that's when the Nintendo stuff sells.

It also needs a yearly franchise. Call of Duty Vita and Assassin's Creed would be great if they make it a yearly thing, but actualy put some more effort into making these.
