Will PABSR fail in Japan?

Believe me Japan is the land of fighting games. Like 90% of the fighting games ever produced is in Japan and people over there love to play them highly competitively. It is very different from Smash and designed with competitive play in mind. Most people either love it or hate its mechanics.

Personally I think Kat might be out when the game comes out so she could even be included on the cover. Might do ok.

No, it's not designed with competitive play in mind.  If it was I could play 1v1 online without having to add someone to my friend's list. :)

It's designed for 2v2! Regardless, they are patching in 1v1 online just to make you happy :)
