Actually, best buy is only "promoting" BD over HD DVD. Meaning they will give prominant and more shelf space for BD products over HD DVD products and they will instruct their salespeople to try to get customers to go Blu. Personally, I think this is a smart move because they are doing their part to end this ridiculous format war while not completely betraying all their customers that like HD DVD.
Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it
