So far, no. No bans, no warnings (at least, no warnings from moderators).
A long time ago when I was new to the Internet, I got banned because my little brother spammed on my account. That was my very first ban. My second ban was on me, I don't exactly remember why but I semi-spammed (repeated a short phrase 4 times in succession). Back then, I was using dial-up so it could have been related to that but I don't remember for sure.
None of these bans were anything serious, and the only bans I have had that were permanent were from chatrooms where any regular user can ban someone. I tend to not break any rules, though.
edit: I should note that these bans I'm referring to are on entirely different websites.
