I disagree with #1, #3, and #5.
#1 - Nintendo does not need boring Hollywood people to be in their ads. The "Wii Would Like To Play" guys from the early Nintendo Wii commercials were perfect, and they had no celebrities involved. They need something recognizable like that. (Their older 3DS commercials with the group of guys that made fun of that one other guy (descriptive, I know.) were pretty good too.)
#3 - Nintendo has never needed a Hardcore Character. They won't need one now. Plain and simple.
#5 - The GamePad looks fine and feels perfectly fine. All Nintendo really needs to do is to up the battery and they won't be hard at all.
The rest of your points are fine. Some are kind of pretty good ideas, actually.
