Fallout: New Vegas>Morrowind>Fallout 2>Fallout>Oblivion>Fallout 3>Skyrim>Daggerfall>Arena
It's fairly intermixed for me. But, fallout by a bit.
Because, New Vegas is deeper mechanically than recent elder scrolls, with lots of scenarios. Obsidian/Black Isle's writing has always been better than bethesda imo.
