New Super Mario Bros. had no problem outselling the Vita's top 10 games last year. Pokémon is a title of which it's sales are more front-loaded than Mario titles, so it will do better for the first few months. I don't see the Vita situation improving a lot any time soon though, which means Pokémon should definitely outsell the top 20.
Pokémon will do around 20 million lifetime I think, with about 10 million in 2013. The Vita is not going to get 20 games selling 500k in 2013. I think saying 'All of the games' is stretching just a tad too far.
