If GG, MM, Suckerpunch, and ND don't have PS4 launch titles, will you still get PS4 this year?

Assuming the PS4 launches this year I will get it regardless of which launch titles it has.
The only thing that would prevent me from getting it would be if Sony launches a very under specced console. But I don't see that happening.
