I actually saw a rather odd article about 3DS sales on Siliconera yesterday:

Normally they're quite good at reporting stuff, and on the whole the article was alright, but this line:
"With the Nintendo 3DS selling poorly even after their price cut in August, things were looking rather bleak for Nintendo. Things changed when Animal Crossing: New Leaf was released in November."
Like, I understand that Animal Crossing has been a massive boost, absolutely. But 3DS selling poorly and things looking bleak for Nintendo? Not quite sure where they got that from.
