Nintendo have the exclusivity of Dragon Quest and games mostly on the handheld department, that shows their relation is definitely good. Konami is another story though.

I would not either say that Konami's relationship is destroyed with Nintendo either. They really pumped out those Castlevania games for GBA and DS.  Home Consoles is another story.
