I suppose any video that fixes the problem of the controller "pressing buttons on it's own." No specific thing in particular. But.. Hold on, I'll take a look-see... Just type "PS3 pressing random buttons."
There's a ton of videos that came up for me. As I've said, it's a problem that will happen to every PS3 controller eventually. Just look and see how to open it. Watch it a few times before your first try. Be very careful with those motors, or you can kiss vibration goodbye unless you know how to solder them back together.
What I do is fold the motors back onto the circuit board and be careful not to let the motors move until I'm ready to put them back in place. Have a magnet, or something handy for screws... Putting the back plate on is going to be trouble, so be patient. Don't break your stuff.
When you're ready to put the back plate back on, start from the top (between 1&2 shoulder buttons).
