Well let's see and wait if it will be enough to surpass the 360 finally completely.The whole November month of the 360 every year is messing our conquering up everytime.

Not quite, Halo makers Bungie are bringing out open world shooter 'Destiny', probably by year-end 2013, set in a weather-beaten environment with 'Lionel Messi' as the main character/protagonist. Though the last part's only unconfirmed rumour.  

That game is multiplatform if the newest leaks are anything to go by.

Believable I suppose, but a simultaneous release across all formats?

I did think Bungie were really in league with Microsoft, but not so according to this off wikipedia...

"On October 5, 2007, Bungie announced that it had split with Microsoft and become a privately held independent company, Bungie LLC. The company later incorporated and signed a ten-year publishing deal with Activision Blizzard".

A couple of other interesting facts from the article, Microsoft still own a minority stake in Bungie, Halo franchise is "intellectual property belonging to Microsoft" and Bungie's last Halo game was Halo: Reach. Halo 4 was actually made by one of Microsoft's own studios.  

The franchise is planned to be multiplatform over the long run going into next-gen. Early leaks pointed to the first Destiny game to be an exclusive to 360 due to time-contraints, but mentioned a possiility for a PS3 release if it was "financially viable".
