This has been a very educational read. Thanks, Brett, for taking the time to address everyone's concerns. You'll never be able to please everyone, and the fact that the site is still alive and kicking is a testament to all the hard work you and the team you have assembled have put into it. I'm sure as the next (last?) console cycle kicks in within the next year that traffic will tick up once again.
I'm wondering if you have something in place to send out mass emails to lapsed VGChartz users to return. In my absence I got several requests to return from the "mod/staff forums" but never once for this site. It might help to remind people about what a great place this is, especially with their participation and input.
