ps4 will be releasing this year in either 1 of 2 forms, either world wide (seperated by weeks) or similar to Vita ie, japan late in the year world wide early next year,
my guess would be the software isnt done and more games are coming out to round out the ps3, I'd love to be wrong though
I also assume they will be watching MS closely which would be wise
