How did the PS3 dominate the latter years, exactly?
If you look at 2009-2011 the Wii outsold it by like 8 million. Even if you include 2012, which you shouldn't considering the WiiU, then the Wii was still like 3-4 million ahead. That isn't dominance.
I think it was kind of crapped on a little too much for awhile but that's to be expected when you're coming off two straight dominant generations. Fans of the other side are going to pile on a little extra. I think nowadays people give the system its due though.
