My prediction will be

Wii U - 11.5m
3DS - 19.5m
Vita - 6m
Wii - 3m
DS - 2.2m
PSP - 1.9m
PS3 - 8m
360 - 6.5m

I could be way off, but 3DS definitely should be closer to my number than to 9m.
