"Investors are seldom ahead of the curve and are usually reactionary. And the vast majority are not into games as much as those on this site. I doubt most who have investments in Nintendo even know that the sales are down. They just aren't hearing Wii-like buzz, are scared of games in general, and have yet to hear that Nintendo has started turning a profit again."
I hope you're right. I'm holding my shares until the Q3 report, then I'll reassess. Just hoping the misses on the hardware projections, and the Wii U software projections don't negate the exchange rate & 3DS profits.
Would love to see a revision UP for FY2012 profits BACK to 20 Billion Yen...or higher!
After all, the projections cut was reportdedly due primarily to the Euro/Yen rate of 100. At 115 I hope they can revise back up for Annual Profit.
Also, The Last Starfighter is my 7th favorite movie of all time.
There should be a new game made for it.
