Exactly. We have no proof of what the major falling-out was, but there is ample proof that a major falling-out between EA and Nintendo occurred, and given that Nintendo isn't going to do anything to actively push away third parties (might not kowtow for favors they shouldn't have to pay for, but they're not going to actively repulse them either), then it would have to be EA's fault.
