Well this is ridiculous, but if we go by some basic rules (which no one is agreeing on) Ethomaz is right. The PS3 would be the new king since the PS2 just passed away. The PS family is the current royalty and it just so happens to be no one can beat the PS3's sales right now so holds the crown.
The part that doesn't make any sense (apart from everything) is that PS2 was king because technically didn't the NES just stop production a few years ago? The new king should have been crowned then and PS2 would not have been a contender.
So really in a reality where PS2 was king PS3 would be the new king, but I'm not sure if that bit of knowledge is actually correct.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
