Not third parties in general, just EA (and probably Activision, although they're harder to judge at this point). Head of Crytek says he wants it on the Wii U.

Ubisoft are supporting the Wii U heavily. Sega seem to be putting their weight behind it, too. Warner Bros, also. Capcom and Square Enix both have their biggest franchises set for release on the Wii U within its first year (Capcom's one was at launch in Japan), and Tecmo Koei have multiple titles on the system already. THQ probably would if they could afford it.
