i dont think it is decline in the handheld market. If anything the decline is attributed to the dying of the ds and psp. If handheld market is declining we will see a noticeable drop in the 3DS numbers, as the console has a large proportion of the market (not counting the previous gen).

Ninjablade wins if the next 5 multiplat on the wii u are inferior to the 360 version.
I win if one of the 5 mulitplats are on par or superior on the Wii U.
