Nintendo almost never announces anything that's due to appear after E3 before said show, unless it's Pokemon. Or Bayonetta 2, which (if i had to peg a guess) will be for Q3 2013, so you don't get much out of them. For Microsoft, and especially for Sony (who loves to telegraph these things often more than a year in advance) it can only mean new consoles.

Its not the exclusives that I was thinking about being announced but rather the 3rd party releases. Its interesting to know that every big developer/publisher has moved on to the next gen consoles.

Well, yeah. I mean, you've got a good lineup of 3rd party games from publishers for this year, up until the holidays. It's just a huge snarl of NDAs that probably keep them from talking too.
