First off, if you feel like this you should go get actual help from a doctor that can give you real advice. Nothing any of the previous posts have said can constitute real medical advice so you need to do that asap. Like now.

Second off, I'm really disappointing in the community here that it took 10 hours for someone (this post) to tell him to go get help (unless someone did and I missed it, sorry if that is true). Even if he is not serious you need to treat it as though it is.
