It's difficult to say much about the CPU power as the architecture in the WiiU is very different to AMD/X86 architectures, but the WiiU GPU looks to be fairly weak in comparison and if the RAM rumours turn out to be true then we'll be seeing some significant differences between the consoles. The rumoured power consumption between the devices is also fairly telling (WiiU only uses ~32 Watts compared to the rumoured 200+ Watts of the PS4/720).
