@OP. I get that a lot, it's called depression and I personally get it from filling my mind with junk (usually porn) or from being away from those I love and being lonely. I just went to spent Christmas with my family and the feeling left, only briefly though.
Seek a period of cleansing if you can, from your comp, TV, certain substances you might be using, try to go outside and get out of your mind.
I hope you'll be okay and for the rare time I actually agree with Pie. Even if you might be attention whoring it might be due to a deeper thing.
