Well the 3DS will at best have around a 50 million install base by the end of the year, and the Wii U will have 20. These are VERY optimistic estimated. GTA will have an install base of around 150 million to sell to. So yeah, it will outsell anything Nintendo releases, but it's not like that's some great accomplishment or anything.
