I'm starting to think Vita not making anybody's prediction for the year is a bigger story than Wii U. Unlike the Wii U, Vita has been available for nearly a full year. Pretty sure the thread has been a hundred times by now. ;)

In all, looking at the list, everybody missed predictions (average) for the eigth gen consoles/ handhelds (Vita, 3DS, and Wii U).

Someone should make a thread about the Vita...

I think there are already enough of that. I was only surprised by the predictions. But the others are right: the VGC-community is by far too optimistic regarding sales - for every console. As I said: we tend to laugh about Pachter, but we cannot predict any better.

But we're also not paid for predicting :)
