Uh...people's opinions are often insults.
And unless people have actually spent a good amount of time at these particular countries, their opinions will be based on stereotypes and the few interactions they've had with those from that particular country.
Honestly, humans are pretty arrogant in general. I think it transcends all borders. Wish there were an option for that.
