Points 2, 3, 5 and 6 are a possibility, but we don't need an insider to say them as they are things that everybody knows that can happen.
I agree with the possibility of some kind of reveal at E3 2013, but there won't be a demo later this year nor the game will be launched early 2014. And the chance is even lower given that the insider says that "it’s still in the early development stages".
Point number 4 is clearly a joke. It must be, because that would be stupid and ruin the series.
