The thread is flamebait. And yes, a sub-4 million year or vita is possible (an extension of it's current pace would give that) and a 12 million+ year for WiiU is likely. So 3X more.
I don't think the Vita is going to do 4 million though. I think it's going to go up or down. It could go up with a price cut and appealing software, or it could go down if the system outright dies. I'm not sure what will happen.
