I feel exactly the opposite. San Adreas was the worst of the series. I feel they tried to add too much to this game, and nothing is really implemented well. Also, playing as a black guym beating people up with Dildo's....this is just too much of a joke. GTA IV feels like a decent TPS, and it's just fun poping peoples knees out.
