Your just confused as to the emphasis some 360 fans put on it passing Wii in certain areas. Its a "thats nice" bullet point, nothing more.


So 360 passing Wii in certain regions is relevant, but PS3 passing 360 in total sales isn't? You are making your argument even more silly.

I think this is also because this just wasn't expected - who would've thought that the RROD-HDDVD-exclusive-lacking, paid-online console manages to keep passing *any* of its rivals? Sony however dominated the market for two long generations so everybody expected them to be leader this gen which won't happen. To me both started with totally different positions and expectations.
