Don’t count on late Wii U ports from Capcom

Even though it is technically a port I would consider Monster Hunter Tri more like the ultimate (hence the name I guess) version of the game: 10 new big monsters, 15 new small monster, 2 or 3 new locations, more weapons, etc. So even if it is a port it's not an exact port of the original Wii game.

Its a port with addional content just like all the other late ports on Wii U like Batman.

The Batman port only have a new suit and the previous DLCs. Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate offers a lot more content. Like I said is still a port, but it have a lot more content than regular ones.
