Ocarina has the best dungeons and the best music, which is why I like it the most. Having said that, I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that all of the more recent Zelda games have better side-quests, better overworld layouts, and better character design. Music and dungeons trump the other things, so therefore OoT is still my favorite Zelda.
