I firmly agree with these points. Especially no voice work. I see the lack of voice work (and the resulting use of imagination in its place) as an inexorable part of LoZ's charm. Not every book needs pictures, not every movie needs CGI effects.

Even as an SS-skeptic, I don't think the Zelda series will improve by trying to imitate modern rpgs. If anything, I think they should be looking backwards at games like Oot/MM/WW and just making everything MASSIVER, prettier and a bit less linear. Bring back the old tunes along with numerous varied environments and lots of exploration and I'd be more than happy - it mights even sell me a Wii-U.
