A Nintendo game probably. The 50/50 split between 360 and PS3 pretty much prevents CoD, GTA and others from doing that now, and it'll take some time for 720 and PS4 to have a big enough userbase.
Right now Pokemon Diamond/Pearl needs 100k to do that, and then we have several Mario games and NintendoLand (if Nintendo keeps bundling it).
