The only people Kratos wont voluntarily kill are Spartans. There is zero Jesus in him when it comes to his temperment. The fates told the gods that they would fall at the hands of a marked warrior, this led the gods to do something that forever enraged Kratos regardless of whether he was related to them or not. I wont spoil that part for those who haven't played Ghost of Sparta.
