Working 3 years at Little Caesars I can confirm sometimes customers are completely irrational and unreasonable for no reason. I got a guy who flipped the fuck out because he asked for well done. we put it in through the oven one and a half times for that... we did... he wanted it burnt, literally black everywhere. We put it through the ove 2 and a half times until he was satisfied. there are more stories like someone asking for the freshest one so I gave them one that someone just cut right from the oven. he felt the top of the box and claimed it was old (the top isn't heated by anything) I took the oldest one from the hot box and he felt the top of the box and said "thats better"
